Nanopower Semiconductor is seeking a Test Development Engineer to own ATE/production test programs for current and next-generation semiconductor products. You will develop, validate and optimize automated test solutions for mixed-signal devices on industry-standard ATE platforms, ensuring product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest and/or Teradyne testers.
• Programming experience relevant to ATE environments.
• Understanding of semiconductor device characterization and production test methodologies.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional international team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, debug, validate, release, and maintain ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test.
• Program on Advantest and/or Teradyne ATE platforms.
• Help define production test strategies, guard bands, limits, and screening methodologies.
• Analyse test results and improve test coverage, test time, and production yield.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities from silicon bring-up through production release, including characterization, qualification, and silicon validation.
• Be part of a test engineering team working closely with IC design and application engineering teams.
• Contribute to DFT discussions during new product development.
• Participate in root-cause analysis of production and yield issues.
• Support transfer of new products from engineering to volume production.
• Collaborate with external manufacturing and OSAT partners.
