Aptiv is seeking an Engineer to develop and optimize electrical test systems for assigned product programs in Portugal. You will design and implement manufacturing functional tests, draft SOWs for test processes and equipment, and support program kick-offs and MSD workshops with the PML.

This role requires hands-on testing, process qualification, and collaboration across global teams, with English as the working language.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or similar with technical education.
• Proficient software languages include C++ and C.
• Familiar with automotive protocols CAN, LIN, LVDS, FlexRay, BroadReach.
• Knowledge of SSFT and statistical methods.
• Strong problem solving and global collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize manufacturing functional tests (electrical).
• Develop statement of work (SOW) for test processes and equipment.
• Support kick-off meetings and MSD workshops with the PML.
• Ensure test coverage analysis and request design changes as needed.
• Perform equipment qualification, tests, and data analysis.
• Provide training on test processes to PML test engineers.
