Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to drive Shift-Left testing, define test strategies, and build robust automated UI/API test frameworks across web apps and API services. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, collaborate with developers and Product Owners, and mentor teammates to promote testing best practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and API testing tools, plus knowledge of CI/CD and cloud platforms like Azure.

Qualificações

• Experience in test automation for web applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright (preferred), Selenium, Postman, and Karate DSL.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Gates within delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• ISTQB certification is considered a plus.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with TMAP and/or ISTQB methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is considered a plus.
