Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Lisbon teams, shaping test strategies and maintaining functional test scenarios in alignment with project goals.

You will drive defect management, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help improve QA processes while monitoring metrics to ensure quality progress across complex systems. Hybrid work is supported along with growth programs and benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Functional Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience in defining and executing test strategies and test plans.
• Experience with Jira for defect management, activity tracking, and reporting; and Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and team collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in defect lifecycle management.
• Experience in integration testing and the validation of complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategies, approaches, and plans in line with project objectives.

• Identify, document, track, and validate the resolution of defects, and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Refinements, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Support the definition and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance processes and monitor quality metrics and test progress.
• Participate in effort estimation and test activity planning.

YOUR ROLE

• We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Quality Engineering to join our teams in Lisbon.
• Define test strategies, approaches, and plans in line with project objectives.
• Create and maintain functional test scenarios and test cases.
