Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Test Analyst to join our team delivering test services to the company in Nanterre, applying a mature test strategy and methodology.

You will design and execute tests, input results into our tools, manage risks, and provide timely updates to the Test Lead and your hierarchy. Fluent in French and experienced in banking or life insurance testing are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Degree in Informatics or related areas.
• Understand the project’s methodology.
• Knowledge of test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB).
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities.
• Able to build a test schedule.
• Risk identification and follow-up.
• Knowledge in SQL language, API, SAS and in Control-M or other scheduler.
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
• Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritise workload.
• Fluent in French.

Responsabilidades

• Respect the project design and its deliverables.
• Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place.
• Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope.
• Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope.
• Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go.
• Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence.
• Input the test results in the dedicated tool.
• Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality.
• Give feedback to the Test Lead and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project.
• Identify anomalies within his/her scope and input them into the correct tool.
• Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies.
• Participate in the correction of anomalies and posterior validation.
• Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports and procedures.
• Able to schedule and organize his/her own working time, set priorities within his/her scope and report issues regarding processes.

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Test Analyst to join the team that provides test services to the company in Nanterre, based on a well-defined, matured and proven test strategy and methodology. Its main activities are tests design and tests execution. The team has been involved in test projects for the main areas of the company, “Savings” and “Protection”, performing tests design and execution in most used applications.

What will you do?

• Respect the project design and its deliverables.
