Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Field Based Sales Representative based in Greater Lisbon to grow our AWM portfolio across healthcare settings, including hospitals and primary care in the Lisbon and South territory. You will own territory development, build trusted relationships, and drive deployment of strategic plans using CRM and market insights.

The role requires 2+ years sales experience in healthcare, a health-related degree, and strong communication with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, ideally hospitals.
• University degree, preferably health-related, with intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• You will own sales development across your territory and target healthcare customers.
• Develop account and action plans based on customer needs and opportunities.
• Set territory routes, define focus customers, products, and indications.
• Manage resources to deliver your action plans and meet sales objectives.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress to internal meetings and training.
• Engage customers with technical product knowledge and competitive landscape.
