Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Lisbon seeks a field-based Sales Representative for the AWM portfolio, covering Lisbon and the South territory, building trusted relationships with public and private hospitals and primary care settings.

You will identify opportunities, plan strategically, maintain CRM records, and participate in external events while developing product knowledge and competitive insights to engage healthcare professionals confidently.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in healthcare; hospital medical devices experience preferred.
• University degree in a health-related discipline.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with a results-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; valid driving licence; willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own sales development across the Lisbon and South territory for the AWM portfolio.
• Identify opportunities, understand customer needs and translate insights into account plans.
• Define customers, products and indications to focus on; plan routes and allocate resources.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress; participate in sales meetings and training.
