PIXIDA GmbH in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to ensure readiness of new telematics features in upcoming vehicle generations. You will monitor Teleservices and configure market-specific parameters.

You’ll work with Jira/Confluence, track KPIs, document processes, and assist IT teams with issue resolution. A technical degree, fluent English, and basic scripting (Java/Python) are required.

Qualificações

• Completed technical degree/education or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
• English fluently.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, basic scripting (Java, Python) and Traceanalyse is a plus.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Curious to learn and understand dynamic software features.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monitoring and maintenance of Teleservices systems, including configuring market-specific parameter settings.
• Assist with tracking KPIs and maintaining accurate system and process documentation.
• Help maintain production environments, including user access management and basic system configuration tasks.
• Identify and document system issues, track them in JIRA/ITSM, and collaborate with IT teams to support issue resolution.
• Assist in analyzing market and customer-reported issues, contributing to root-cause analysis and supporting end-to-end incident resolution.
