Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a German-speaking Automotive Customer Service Specialist to support customers using automotive digital services. This fully remote role allows you to work from home anywhere in Portugal, offering a competitive package and meal allowance.

Responsibilities include assisting German and English-speaking customers, explaining digital features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality service. Relocation is not provided, candidates must reside in Portugal.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
