Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager with deep Telecom sector knowledge to partner with senior client stakeholders in Portugal. You will shape transformation programs, drive go-to-market initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, leveraging Accenture's methods to deliver lasting value.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and consulting experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience within the Telecommunications industry.
• Experience leading or contributing to Go-to-Market, industry development, commercial initiatives, and/or business development.
• Natural leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and mobilize stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
• Consulting experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Translate clients’ strategic direction and objectives into actionable strategies and transformation initiatives within the Telecommunications industry.
• Lead and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identifying market opportunities and relevant value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to leverage industry insights.
• Participate in diagnosing complex business challenges and defining and leading transformation programs.
• Understand clients’ operating models and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and technology-enabled transformation.
• Translate customer needs into implementable business solutions that support long-term value creation.
• Design new business processes and operating models based on customer requirements, facilitating stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, assets, and capabilities to design and deliver impactful client outcomes.
• Contribute to strengthening Accenture’s positioning and market relevance within the Telecom sector.
