Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Telecommunications with understanding of the sector, market dynamics, challenges, and transformation priorities.
• Experience leading or contributing to Go-to-Market, industry development, commercial initiatives, and/or business development.
• Natural leadership with the ability to influence, collaborate, and mobilize stakeholders across levels.
• Consulting experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Translate clients' strategic direction and business objectives into actionable strategies and transformation initiatives within the Telecommunications industry.
• Lead and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identifying market opportunities and relevant value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, leveraging industry experience to challenge perspectives and bring market insights.
• Participate in diagnosing complex business challenges and in defining and leading transformation programs.
• Understand clients' operating models and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and technology-enabled transformation.
• Translate customer needs into implementable business solutions that support long-term value creation and business integration.
• Design new business processes and operating models based on customer requirements, facilitating stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, assets, and broader capabilities to design and deliver impactful client outcomes.
• Contribute to strengthening Accenture's positioning and market relevance within the Telecom sector.
