Qualifications

Practical experience in consultancy roles is mandatory.
Experience in consumer goods and retail industries is preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Translate client strategies into holistic plans and actions.
Diagnose problems, plan, and lead transformation initiatives.
Lead programs to prepare organizations for new processes and change.
Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to deliver outcomes.
Translate customer needs into implementable business solutions for long-term success.
Analyze as-is and to-be processes to inform redesigns.
Design new business processes and run stakeholder alignment meetings.
Implement process and change interventions.
