• Experience with telecom network technologies in GSM/UMTS/LTE environments.
• Strong understanding of policy control, charging systems, and core network components.
• Hands-on knowledge of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage the development roadmap and lifecycle strategy for policy control platforms; lead delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and evaluations.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, testing, and production support.
