Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lisbon or Porto teams to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires +5 years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure, a relevant engineering background, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualificações

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of mobile roaming services, as well as experience managing telco sites.
• Operational management, client relationship building, and strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued).
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end telecom projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage relationships with mobile network operators, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances.
