Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our senior, on-site Lisbon team. You will handle complex telecom support, leveraging deep Nokia PacketCore expertise in CMM, CMG and NRD, and you will work with operators to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires 6+ years in Telecommunications and Customer Support, fluent Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Telecommunications and Customer Support, ideally within mobile operator environments.
• Expertise in Nokia PacketCore solutions: CMM, CMG, and NRD.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Mobile Core networks, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management in customer-facing/managed services environments.
• Knowledge of Telco Cloud and virtualized network environments.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Portuguese C1 and English B2 mandatory.
