Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst to translate business requirements into automation specifications for network services. You will work with stakeholders and development teams to design scalable automation solutions using Cisco NSO and Itential IAP, ensuring alignment with operations and architecture standards.

You will gather requirements, produce architecture documents, and support agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in business/technical/ systems analysis in telecoms.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining scope for complex tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom network architectures and service delivery ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for network automation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and high-level designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and manage requirements.
• Produce architecture documentation (HLD/LLD) and workflows.
