• 4+ years experience as Business/Technical Analyst in telecom environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering and scope definition for complex tech projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and service delivery.
• Experience with network automation platforms.

YOUR ROLE

• As a Business / Technical Analyst within the Network Automation Team, your mission is to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that enable the automation of telecommunications network services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design scalable automation solutions, ensuring alignment with network operations, service delivery objectives, and enterprise architecture standards.
• You will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, process analysis, solution definition, and architecture documentation for automation initiatives based on platforms such as Cisco NSO and Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP). Through your contribution, you will support the continuous evolution of network operations, service orchestration, and automation governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for network automation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and high-level solution designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, identify dependencies, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams responsible for implementing automation use cases.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), workflows, and process diagrams.
• Analyze existing operational processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support the definition and optimization of network service orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
• Support project and stakeholder management activities for new developments and change requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation best practices, and automation governance frameworks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and scope definition for complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications network architectures, including access networks, routing, peering, and service delivery ecosystems.
• Experience working with network automation and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom operational processes.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong ownership mindset.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
