Capgemini Engineering seeks a Business/Technical Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions for telecommunications networks. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design automations using Cisco NSO and Itential IAP, driving requirements, archiving designs, and ensuring alignment with operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or related field.
• 4+ years experience as Business/Technical Analyst in telecom environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering and scope definition for complex tech projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and service delivery.
• Experience with network automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for network automation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and high-level designs.
• Define project scope, dependencies, and manage requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement automation use cases.
• Produce architecture documentation including HLD/LLD and workflows.
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support the definition and optimization of network service orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, solutions, and operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and operations for project delivery.
• Support stakeholder management for new developments and change requests.
• Contribute to documentation best practices and governance.
