Teceze is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to drive data requirements and analytics within a strategic Data Lake initiative. The role focuses on translating business needs into data products, working closely with data engineers, architects, and governance teams to ensure effective data governance and value delivery.

Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse projects and SAP is highly valued, along with exposure to Agricultural Commodity Trading.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance operations within a trading company.
• Ability to read and interpret accounting and financial data.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or reporting implementation projects.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with a back-office ERP system such as SAP.
• Experience or exposure to Agricultural Commodity Trading is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and manage business and data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Data product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Use SQL to analyze and interpret business data.
• Work with data engineering teams to define source-to-target mappings and support data product development.
