BI4ALL is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will identify problems, gather requirements, and analyze data to support project teams and drive actionable insights.

You will document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives throughout the project lifecycle. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL: ability to write queries to analyze data.
• English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and identify KPIs.
• Collect and interpret data to support objectives and decision-making.
• Support project managers in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Support testing from test planning to execution and issue resolution.
