The role involves conducting repairs, maintaining building services, and ensuring operational functionality across the resort. Ideal candidates should have training in a building services profession, like electrician or plumber, alongside proficiency in Portuguese and English. Qualificações

• Experience in a building services profession like electrician, carpenter, or plumber.
• Ability to work independently and with a goal-oriented approach.
• Very good Portuguese and English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct repairs and maintenance across the resort.
• Monitor and ensure safe operation of building services.
• Perform spontaneous and emergency repairs.

The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is located just a few steps from the sandy beach and 10‑minute drive from the city of Albufeira in the Algarve. It has 213 vacation apartments, a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, sauna, outdoor pool, and various sports facilities.

Our resort is looking for a committed and dedicated individual to join our maintenance team as a technician.

What you can expect

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work in all areas of the resorts and staff houses
• Monitoring and sharing responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and servicing of all building services.
• Spontaneous and emergency repairs on call
• Independently troubleshooting faults and maintaining system functionality
• Cross-departmental support in logistics and infrastructure

What you bring along

• Training and professional experience in a building services profession, ideally as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, floor layer, etc.
• Independent and goal‑oriented approach to work
• Friendly and reliable personality with good manners
• Very good Portuguese and English skills
• Proficient in working with common PC programs
• residing in the surrounding area
