Job summary

MoonPay is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. This role is hands-on, owning searches end-to-end and partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and define what great looks like.

You will source, advise, problem-solve and close, while using AI to improve sourcing, screening, mapping and reporting. Data-driven, fast-paced, and globally minded, you’ll move quickly in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech/product orgs.
• Deep recruiting experience across Software, Data, AI and/or Security; design recruitment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from kick-off to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and define what great looks like.
• Source, talent-map and build proactive search strategies to find exceptional candidates.
• Bring data and market insight into hiring conversations and adjust approach as needed.
• Use AI across sourcing, screening, research, market mapping and reporting to improve quality and efficiency.
• Share best practices and contribute to process/tooling improvements.
