MoonPay is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. You will own searches end-to-end, partner with hiring managers, and bring data-driven insights to hiring decisions in a fast-moving crypto tech environment.

This hands-on role emphasizes sourcing, advising, closing candidates, and continuously improving hiring processes with AI tools. You’ll operate in a remote-friendly setup with global market knowledge.

Competenze

• Proven track record recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech orgs.
• Deep experience across Software Eng, Data, AI and/or Security.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills with proactive approaches.
• Data-driven, ownership mindset, able to influence hiring managers.
• Experience using AI in recruiting and understanding crypto ecosystems.

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from mapping the market to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and build hiring strategies.
