Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Consultant to join Adecco Permanent Recruitment for European technical service support. You will provide advanced diagnostic assistance to distributors, dealers and fleet operators to maintain vehicle uptime across markets.

You will travel to customer sites, perform deep diagnostics, gather data for HQ-TS, and help improve service readiness at workshops while collaborating with multinational teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 4–7 years hands-on experience in technical service or aftersales support.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic tools and service software.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Minimum of 4‑7 years of hands‑on experience in technical service, diagnostics, or aftersales support within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
• Proven experience with electronic diagnostic tools, service software, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Fluency in English is required; additional local European language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong root cause analysis and trend identification from field data.
