Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Consultant to join Adecco Permanent Recruitment for European technical service support. You will provide advanced diagnostic assistance to distributors, dealers and fleet operators to maintain vehicle uptime across markets.

You will travel to customer sites, perform deep diagnostics, gather data for HQ-TS, and help improve service readiness at workshops while collaborating with multinational teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 4–7 years hands-on experience in technical service or aftersales support.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic tools and service software.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high‑level technical assistance to distributors, dealers, and fleet operators across Europe.
• Travel to dealer or customer locations to assist with urgent or unresolved technical issues.
• Conduct deep‑drive investigations into high‑impact vehicle failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Gather technical data and issue reports to elevate product concerns to HQ‑TS.
• Assess the service readiness and processes of dealer workshops, providing structured feedback and improvement plans.
