Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as trainer or teacher (prefer automotive).

Adecco is hiring a New Vehicle Trainer for a globally operating automotive company, joining the Regional Office Europe team based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves developing and delivering technical training for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation’s product portfolio across international markets. The Regional Office Europe serves as a key contact point for the European region, providing support for the full FUSO Trucks and Buses portfolio. The office works closely with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan, to ensure that vehicles and services meet the specific needs of European markets. The New Vehicle Trainer will report to the Technical Service & Training Manager and will play a key role in enhancing the performance of the international network through innovative training concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and efficient product and driver training concepts for international markets.
• Conduct high‑quality product training in accordance with the annual training schedule.
• Create annual and quarterly training schedules, including adjustments for cancellations.
• Manage training‑related events for international markets as part of a task force.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement training plans when internal resources are insufficient.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Business‑level proficiency in English, with additional European languages as an advantage.
• Experience as a trainer or teacher for more than three years, preferably in automotive industries.
• High level of technical and product knowledge for MFTBC in‑production vehicles.
• Basic skills in Articulate 360 and Adobe CC are beneficial.
