CBRE Portugal is seeking a Technical Property Manager to join the on-site management team of one of our flagship office buildings in Lisbon. You will be responsible for the technical and operational oversight of the asset, ensuring efficient delivery of building services, compliance with technical and legal requirements, and the successful execution of maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Operations or Maintenance Management.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of all technical and facilities operations in the building.
• Oversee hard and soft services to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractors and service providers, monitor performance and SLAs.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Assist with tender processes for services, works and technical projects.
• Support refurbishment works, upgrades and CAPEX initiatives from procurement to completion.
• Conduct regular technical inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure Health & Safety, environmental and statutory compliance.
• Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.

Are you an Engineer with experience in Property Management, Facilities Management or Building Operations? Are you looking to join the on-site management team of a prime office asset and play an active role in delivering an outstanding experience to occupiers and clients?

CBRE Portugal is looking for a Technical Property Manager to integrate the management team of one of our flagship office buildings in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and operational oversight of the asset, ensuring the efficient delivery of building services, compliance with technical and legal requirements, and the successful execution of maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Working closely with the Property Manager, occupiers, service providers and CBRE specialists, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and asset performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the on-site management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of all technical and facilities operations within the building.
• Overseeing Hard and Soft services to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Managing contractors and service providers, monitoring performance and service levels.
• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Supporting the preparation and management of tender processes for services, works and technical projects.
• Managing refurbishment works, technical upgrades and CAPEX initiatives from procurement through completion.
• Conducting regular technical inspections and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitoring building systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Monitoring utility consumption and supporting sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Assisting with budget control, expenditure monitoring and technical reporting.
• Providing technical support to occupiers and contributing to a first-class customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Operations or Maintenance Management.
• Knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure and maintenance practices.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and technical service providers.
• Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Spanish is an advantage.
