CBRE Portugal is seeking a Technical Property Manager to join the on-site management team of one of our flagship office buildings in Lisbon. You will be responsible for the technical and operational oversight of the asset, ensuring efficient delivery of building services, compliance with technical and legal requirements, and the successful execution of maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Working closely with the Property Manager, occupiers and service providers, you will contribute to

Qualificações

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field.
3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Operations or Maintenance Management.
Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Support day-to-day management of all technical and facilities operations in the building.
Oversee hard and soft services to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Manage contractors and service providers, monitor performance and SLAs.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Assist with tender processes for services, works and technical projects.
Support refurbishment works, upgrades and CAPEX initiatives from procurement to completion.
Conduct regular technical inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure Health & Safety, environmental and statutory compliance.
Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
