Job summary

Plexus.Tech, a technology company with 5000+ professionals, is seeking a Technical Product Owner (Java) for Insurance. You will align business requirements, architecture, integrations and platform capabilities.

You will define and refine technical requirements, coordinate teams, manage dependencies, supervise integrations, and validate designs. This remote-Portugal position offers a permanent contract, flexible benefits, and a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years as Backend Java Technical Leader.
• Experience with distributed architectures, APIs and Spring Batch.
• Experience in corporate integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Portuguese language proficiency (Portugal/Brazil).

TECHNICAL PRODUCTO OWNER (JAVA) - Insurance

Functional and technical lead, ensuring the alignment between business requirements, architecture, integrations and technical capabilities of the platform.

>> WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Define and refine technical requirements.
• Coordinate development and integration teams.
• Supervise integrations with corporate systems.
• Manage technical dependencies and risks.
• Validate technical designs and deployment strategies.
• Support functional and technical tests.

>> WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• More than 3 years as Backend Java Technical Leader
• Knowledge of distributed architectures, APIs and Batch processing in Java (Spring Batch).
• Experience in corporate integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Portuguese (for Portugal or Brazil)
