Läderach is seeking a senior IT Product Owner to own the vision and roadmap for Windows Client and Workplace Services in Porto. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with engineering and service providers to deliver enhancements.

You will drive automation, monitor KPIs, ensure security governance, and manage external providers while being on-call and travel within Europe. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or similar IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and IAM.
• Experience with IT Service Management, security, compliance, and governance in enterprises.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; willingness to on-call and travel within Europe; German is a plus.

What we expect from you

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or in a similar IT role.
• You have strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management.
• You have experience with IT Service Management as well as security, compliance, and governance standards in an enterprise environment.
• You are experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing stakeholders across different functions.
• You have experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duties and travel within Europe. German is an advantage.
