LUZA Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to lead backlog management, refine epics and user stories, and coordinate release planning in a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and architects to ensure deliveries meet requirements and timelines.

The role emphasizes engaging with business stakeholders, documenting complex requirements clearly, and guiding UAT and feature acceptance in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager with direct delivery responsibility.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with release planning and delivery coordination.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect prioritization, and feature acceptance.
• Proven ability to document complex business requirements in a clear and usable format.
• Experience working with several stakeholder groups, including business owners, developers, QA, UX, architects, and senior managers.
• Good understanding of technical dependencies, software architecture, APIs, data, integrations, or cloud applications.
• Strong planning, estimation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment and manage demanding deadlines.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional English suitable for meetings, documentation, workshops, and stakeholder discussions;
• Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus;
• Experience with SaaS, cloud products, data platforms, payments, financial services, enterprise applications, or digital products is an advantage;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product delivery tools is an advantage;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyse requirements with business teams and Product Managers.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify business needs, scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog according to business needs, user impact, technical dependencies, and team capacity.
• Define sprint priorities and support refinement, planning, review, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Act as the product reference for one or more development teams.
• Work closely with developers, QA specialists, UX teams, architects, and technical leads.
• Review delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own release planning and communicate scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT, feature reviews, alpha testing, and beta testing when required.
• Collect, assess, and prioritise defects and product improvements.
• Coordinate mockups, prototypes, user flows, and early product reviews.
• Challenge unclear or incomplete requirements before development starts.
• Identify gaps between business expectations and proposed product solutions.
• Prepare product documentation, reports, analyses, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product delivery practices.
