Läderach Global Capability Center in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced Product Owner / Service Owner to lead Windows Client Management and Workplace Services. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, manage the backlog, and collaborate with engineering teams and external providers.

The role requires at least 5 years in IT leadership roles, expertise in Windows client management (Intune, Autopilot), Entra ID and Active Directory, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or similar IT role.
• Strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience with IT Service Management, security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage stakeholders.
• Experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel within Europe; German is a plus.

What you can expect

What we expect from you

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or in a similar IT role.
• You have strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management.
• You have experience with IT Service Management as well as security, compliance, and governance standards in an enterprise environment.
• You are experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing stakeholders across different functions.
• You have experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duties and travel within Europe. German is an advantage.
