Job summary

act digital EMEA - Alter Solutions is seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Developer to join an international project in the financial sector. You will lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable financial technology platform, combining hands-on coding with technical leadership.

You will design REST APIs, build interfaces, and guide architecture decisions while mentoring a team of developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 3+ years developing APIs and user interfaces.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Angular, and TypeScript.
• AWS knowledge including serverless, AWS SAM, CodeDeploy.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git-based version control, ideally Bitbucket.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and SaaS production environments.
• English proficiency: minimum B2.

• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including queries and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and application design.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems, ideally Bitbucket.
• Experience supporting applications in production, preferably SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of application security and data protection principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience using AI tools in software development.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, code reviews, or mentoring.
• English proficiency: minimum B2 (mandatory).
