Fyld is hiring a Technical Functional Analyst to bridge business requirements and software development. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and document functional and technical specifications, with emphasis on system integrations and APIs.

The role requires experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, JSON/XML/CSV data formats, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence. You will contribute to agile project delivery and support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and SOA.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and CSV data formats.
• Experience with system integration projects and distributed application environments.
• Ability to collaborate with software development, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Experience producing functional and technical docs using Jira/Confluence.
• Experience supporting UAT; familiar with Scrum/Kanban.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV
• Experience working with system integration projects and distributed application environments
• Ability to collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira, Confluence or similar tools
• Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration, ERP or CRM platforms is valued
• Previous programming experience or knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
• Fluency in English
