Ideal candidates have experience in BPMN, Agile environments, and tools like Jira and Confluence. English fluency is required, with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture at Fyld.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is valued.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
