Fyld is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Porto to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. You will analyze processes, model workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile and sometimes Waterfall environment.

You will facilitate workshops, contribute to UAT support, and work with tools like Jira and Confluence. English fluency is essential, and a strong analytical mindset will help drive impactful tech solutions.

Qualificações

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is valued.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
