A Axians Portugal procura um Technical Expert Cloud para integrar um projeto estratégico no setor bancário. Será responsável pela gestão e suporte de infraestruturas e aplicações, assegurando soluções técnicas confiáveis, seguras e escaláveis.

O candidato ideal tem experiência em Cloud, DevOps, metodologias Agile, automação e observabilidade, com foco em governança e entrega de valor em ambiente internacional.

Qualificações

• Monitorização e observabilidade de infraestruturas e aplicações.
• Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização, como Dynatrace.
• Experiência com DevOps (Stack) e CI/CD, facilitando coordenação entre desenvolvimento, QA e operações; reduz lead time e risco.
• Conhecimento de Jenkins, GitLab CI, AzurePipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experiência com Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) e fundamentos de Cloud.
• Certificação de Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure) ou experiência equivalente em projeto de cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Assegurar responsabilidade completa pelo objetivo do projeto de TI, alinhado com prioridades de negócio.
• Conduzir o projeto de TI e coordenar todas as pessoas envolvidas.
• Ser o ponto de contato principal para o projeto.
• Garantir governança de projetos de TI no grupo e a aplicação correta ao contexto.
• Conhecimento global de TI, seus processos e quadros regulatórios relevantes.
• Antecipar, planear e executar um projeto end-to-end com constraints de tempo e recursos.
• Definir e aplicar a metodologia de projeto.
• Antecipar e gerir riscos do projeto.
• Compreender necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos de TI.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Technical Expert to join a strategic project within the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure and application production initiatives, acting as a key contributor to the successful delivery of technical projects within a complex and highly regulated environment. You will work closely with Business Project Managers, infrastructure teams, application support teams, and production entities to ensure the implementation of reliable, secure, and scalable technical solutions.

As part of an ongoing transformation journey, you will also contribute to the adoption of modern practices and technologies, including Cloud, DevOps, Agile methodologies, automation, and observability. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with project coordination capabilities and enjoy working in an international environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project's objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity's strategic priorities, IT governance processes, and the sponsor's expectations
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
• The go-to contact person for the It project
• Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context
• Global knowledge of IT, its major processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Ability to anticipate, plan and roll out a project, from end-to-end, with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people), with internal or external people, to reach the defined goal
• Ability to define and apply a project methodology
• Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements

Your Main Qualifications

• Monitoring & observability
• Experience in monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace
• Experience with DevOps (Stack) and CI/CD. Facilitates coordination between development, QA and operations; reduces lead timeand risk
• Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, AzurePipelines, Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with Cloud Platforms. Most new solutions are hosted on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience including DMZRasCode
• Previous experience with legacy tools: knowledge in Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer
• Fluency in English
