Qualificações

• Monitorização e observabilidade
• Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização, como Dynatrace
• Experiência com DevOps (Stack) e CI/CD. Facilita a coordenação entre desenvolvimento, QA e operações; reduz lead time e risco
• Conhecimento de Jenkins, GitLab CI, AzurePipelines, Docker/Kubernetes
• Experiência com Cloud Platforms. A maior parte das soluções é hospedada na AWS, Azure ou GCP
• Certificação de fundamentos de cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) ou experiência de projeto em cloud demonstrável incluindo DMZRasCode
• Experiência com ferramentas legadas: Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer
• Fluência em Inglês

Responsabilidades

• Garantir responsabilidade end-to-end nos objetivos do projeto de TI, alinhados às prioridades de negócio e às governanças de TI
• Gerir o projeto de TI e coordenar todas as pessoas envolvidas
• Ser o contacto principal do projeto de TI
• Assegurar conhecimento de Governança de Projetos de TI no Grupo e a sua aplicação no contexto do projeto
• Conhecimento global de TI, seus principais processos e marcos regulatórios
• Antecipar, planear e executar um projeto de ponta a ponta, respeitando prazos e recursos
• Definir e aplicar uma metodologia de projeto
• Antecipar e gerir riscos do projeto
• Compreender as necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos de TI

Technical Expert Cloud What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Technical Expert to join a strategic project within the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure and application production initiatives, acting as a key contributor to the successful delivery of technical projects within a complex and highly regulated environment. You will work closely with Business Project Managers, infrastructure teams, application support teams, and production entities to ensure the implementation of reliable, secure, and scalable technical solutions.

As part of an ongoing transformation journey, you will also contribute to the adoption of modern practices and technologies, including Cloud, DevOps, Agile methodologies, automation, and observability. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with project coordination capabilities and enjoy working in an international environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project's objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity's strategic priorities, IT governance processes, and the sponsor's expectations

Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.

The go-to contact person for the It project

Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context

Global knowledge of IT, its major processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks

Ability to anticipate, plan and roll out a project, from end-to-end, with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people), with internal or external people, to reach the defined goal

Ability to define and apply a project methodology

Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project

Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements

Your Main Qualifications

Monitoring & observability

Experience in monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace

Experience with DevOps (Stack) and CI/CD. Facilitates coordination between development, QA and operations;

Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, AzurePipelines, Docker/Kubernetes

Experience with Cloud Platforms. Most new solutions are hosted on AWS, Azure or GCP

Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience including DMZRasCode

Previous experience with legacy tools: knowledge in Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer

Fluency in English
