Qualificações

• Formação avançada compatível com IT operations e produção.
• Experiência mínima de 5 anos em IT Operations ou Production Support.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir produção de aplicações em cloud, assegurando disponibilidade.
• Analisar logs para resolução de incidents e melhoria contínua.
• Desenvolver automação com Ansible/Terraform para provisionamento.
• Colaborar com equipas globais e apoiar exercícios de DR/operational readiness.

CLOUD SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator with strong troubleshooting capabilities with experience in production support environments, cloud technologies, automation tools, and infrastructure management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of cloud-based applications and platforms, playing a key role in incident management, service monitoring, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

Provide production support for applications and platforms, ensuring service availability and performance. Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents. Monitor services, produce operational reports, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Terraform for provisioning, configuration, and deployments. Collaborate with global teams, participate in knowledge transfer activities, and support disaster recovery and operational readiness exercises. Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles. Participate in a 24/7 support model, including on‑call rotations, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Your Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments, command-line tools, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, including Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and production support processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Your Main Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or Software Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with cloud environments.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Ansible and Docker.
• Professional experience supporting critical production environments.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, or related technologies will be valued.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
