CSway, Lda. in Lisbon is seeking an Analyst Developer to join our team. The role focuses on Java development with modern tech like Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.

You will contribute to both technical and functional documentation, and engage in high-level analysis and clear communication in English. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Java experience, familiarity with BPM tools (TIBCO AMX, Pega, Appian, Bizagi), and exposure to NoSQL, Spring WebFlux, RxJava, and Git.

Qualificações

Experienced Analyst Developer required experience and skills:

• At least 5 years of experience on developing JAVA
• KAFKA
• KUBERNETES/DOCKER
• Basic Unix Knowledge
• Functional and technical documentation
• High level of analysis capability
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Fluent in English written & spoken

Appreciated skills:

• Experience on developing in a BPM tool (TIBCO AMX, Pega, Appian, Bizagi…)
• Javascript
• NoSQL
• SPRING WebFlux/RX Java
• Tibco products (TIBCO AMX, Tibco Business Studio)
• Agile methodolog
• Past experience on GIT
