EY-Parthenon in Lisbon is seeking a Technology Strategy & Transactions Senior Consultant to support IT due diligence and value creation across M&A deals. You will assess IT landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity controls to inform investment decisions and integration planning.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, draft clear reports for executives, and help identify opportunities for digital transformation, platform modernization and operational

Qualificações

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in IT Due Diligence, IT Audit, Technology Risk or related areas.
• Experience assessing applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and IT governance frameworks.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills; Full English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute IT Due Diligence engagements for M&A transactions.
• Assess IT landscapes, including applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity controls.
• Identify technology risks, debt and operational challenges.
• Evaluate IT governance, service management and vendor ecosystems.
• Analyze maturity, scalability and effectiveness of technology functions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and transaction teams.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction, Cybersecurity and Technology teams.
