EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Technology Strategy & Transactions Consultant in Portugal to assess technology environments and identify value levers across M&A transactions. You will evaluate IT functions, infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity controls to support investment decisions and post-deal integrations.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, deliver technology due diligence, and contribute to business development within a growing Technology Strategy & Transactions

Qualificações

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in IT Due Diligence, IT Audit, Technology Risk or Technology Consulting
• Experience assessing applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and IT governance frameworks
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Full English proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Support IT Due Diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and investment transactions
• Assess IT landscapes including applications, infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity controls
• Identify technology risks, technical debt and operational challenges for transactions
• Evaluate IT governance, service management and vendor ecosystems
• Prepare concise reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and transaction teams
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction, Cybersecurity and Technology Consulting teams
