Job summary

EY in Lisbon is seeking a Junior IT Audit Consultant to join the Technology Risk team within Assurance. You will participate in IT Audit engagements, testing ITGCs and controls, and support delivery of client deliverables across industries, learning how technology supports business processes and financial reporting.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, develop knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging technology risks, and grow through hands-on exposure to audits, data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in IT Audit, Technology Risk, Internal Audit or IT controls.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, processes and controls; good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Audit engagements, including assessment and testing of IT controls.
• Perform testing of IT General Controls (ITGCs): access, change management and IT operations.
• Support assessment of automated controls and system-based processes.
• Participate in evaluating IT environments supporting financial and business processes.
• Collect, analyse and document audit evidence per methodologies and standards.
