• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Excellent Excel, presentation and report-writing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Due Diligence on transactions such as acquisitions, disposals and strategic deals.
• Analyze historical and current financial performance to identify drivers, risks and sensitivities.
• Review business plans, budgets and projections and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables and client-ready presentations.
