Datahouse AG in Portugal/Lisbon sucht eine/n Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, der das Team fachlich führt und hochwertige Softwarelösungen mitprägt.
Sie analysieren Anforderungen, designen skalierbare Architekturen und treiben den Entwicklungszyklus gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Partnern voran. Fließendes Englisch ist von Vorteil; agile Methoden, besonders SCRUM, werden gelebt.
Qualificações
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Software Engineering, Computer Science oder vergleichbares Feld.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in einem komplexen, langfristigen Projekt.
- Nachweis der Führung technischer Teams sowie Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und dem Betrieb containerisierter Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.).
- Erfahrung im Entwicklungslebenszyklus, speziell mit Git/Bitbucket und Pull Requests.
- Gute Kenntnisse agiler Entwicklungsmethoden, insbesondere SCRUM.
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, analytisches Denkvermögen und problemlösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

- Anforderungsanalyse & Softwareentwicklung: Anforderungen verstehen, analysieren und in innovative Softwarelösungen übersetzen.
- Design & Entwicklung: Effiziente, skalierbare und hochwertige Softwarearchitekturen entwerfen.
- Zusammenarbeit: enge Abstimmung mit Product Owners und Business Partners, Anforderungen klären und Wissen über Teams hinweg teilen.
- Technische Expertise: Teamführung und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Fähigkeiten im Team.

As Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:
- Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
- Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify, refine, and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams.
- Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.

- Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)
- Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
- Experience in managing the development lifecycle, particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
- Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM
- Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
