Datahouse AG in Lissabon sucht erfahrene Softwareentwickler, die hochwertige Softwarelösungen entwickeln und an innovativen Immobilienlösungen mitwirken.

Sie arbeiten am gesamten Lebenszyklus von Frontend‑ und Backend‑Projekten, arbeiten eng mit UX/UI‑Designern zusammen und nutzen Angular, Java/Spring und PostgreSQL in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Qualificações

• Universitätsabschluss in Software Engineering oder Informatik.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, davon ≥3 Jahre in komplexen Langzeitprojekten.
• Erfahrung mit Design-Systemen oder Komponentenbibliotheken; enge Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI‑Designern.
• Kenntnisse im Lifecyle-Management (Git, Bitbucket) und Pull Requests.
• Agile Methoden, insbesondere SCRUM; anpassungsfähige Arbeitsweise.
• Aktives Verfolgen von AI-Tooling und Bereitschaft, neue Tools zu nutzen.
• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starken Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
• Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle, from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams, ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking, insurance, real estate and the public sector. We handle small to mid‑sized projects involving web frontends, complex backends and third‑party integrations. Our team is located in Lisbon, with 35 employees based at Avenida 5 de Outubro, working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.

• Requirement Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions.
• Design & Development: Build efficient, scalable and high‑quality software aligned with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements and foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across the team.
• Technical Expertise: Guide peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience (including at least 3 years on a complex, long‑term project).
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library and working closely with UX/UI designers.
• A strong understanding of development lifecycle management (Git, BitBucket) and hands‑on experience with Pull Requests.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, and an adaptable mindset.
• Keeps up with the evolving AI tooling landscape and proactively adopts new tools that improve team productivity.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
