Job summary

Team.It in Lisbon seeks a seasoned Tech Lead/Developer to drive technology strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships. You will design solutions, create user stories, oversee development and RUN operations, and participate in agile ceremonies.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled software development, low-code/no-code tools, and modern tech stacks (PostgreSQL, React, Python, Node.js, Vue.js). Collaboration with UX/UI and CI/CD practices are integral to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Tech Lead and/or Developer.
• Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.
• Experience in solution design, technical specifications and effort estimation.
• Strong experience in user story creation, application development and RUN management.
• Experience with software testing, code reviews and sprint participation.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform Tools.
• Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code platforms, particularly WeWeb.
• Strong technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, PostgREST, React, Python, GitLab, Node.js and Vue.js.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience working with Jira in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
