team Senior Fullstack Developer , is that you?

5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering, including experience in mobile app development.

Proven experience in mobile development using React Native and/or native Android and iOS technologies.

Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python, or Java, and familiarity with microservice architectures.

Proven track record working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, serverless), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices in fintech or regulated environments.

Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams, ideally in a startup or scale‑up context.

Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.

Passion for mentoring and developing engineers, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in fintech, banking, or high‑growth SaaS platforms.

Hands‑on experience delivering high quality AI‑powered coding and e2e testing (e.g. Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, etc).

Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code, automated testing frameworks, and observability/monitoring tools.

Exposure to regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS) and secure development practices.

Experience with mobile app store deployment processes and automation (App Store, Google Play).
