Team IT in Lisbon is seeking a Tech Lead / Developer to join a team focused on sustainable, collaborative development. You will lead projects, design solutions, and contribute to RUN management and testing.

Candidates should have 5+ years in leadership or development, strong React, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with Power Platform tools. A collaborative, growth‑oriented environment awaits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Tech Lead and/or Developer.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management experience.
• Experience in solution design, technical specifications and effort estimation.
• Strong in user story creation, application development and RUN management.
• Experience with software testing, code reviews and sprint participation.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience working with Jira in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration (Figma).

What you need to join us:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience working with Jira in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with UX/UI teams.

Location: Lisbon

• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code solutions and platforms.
• Knowledge of Power Platform ecosystem and automation tools.
• Experience with WeWeb.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and solutions.
