Professional Skills for the Roll

• BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience (must).
• 6+ years of experience with Java and Spring (must).
• Strong expertise in front-end development (Angular preferred, React experience is a must).
• Solid experience with functional programming, Java Streams, and reactive UI development.
• 2+ years of experience with TDD/BDD (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Protractor/Selenium).
• Background in microservices architecture (Spring Boot/Cloud).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry).
• Kotlin experience is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
